If you have purchased a home in Eagles Mere Borough and would like to become a member, please read on. The EMA is a non-profit member-based organization. Eligibility for membership is limited to property owners who own improved properties within the geographic area of the Borough of Eagles Mere. In special circumstances, memberships are also extended beyond this geographical area to “full time” residents
and others under special conditions as set forth in the EMA by-laws.
To apply for membership in the EMA, please complete the application below and provide necessary documentation as outlined on the application. Members are billed annually for dues and lake protection fees as well as other lake charges. Upon approval of the EMA Board of Trustees, you will become an
Associate Type II member. You will remain in this category of membership for a minimum
of 2 years and until a share becomes available.
